Within 3 to 5 business days from the time you sign up, we will obtain a copy of your three credit reports (which is already included in our fee for no additional charge). Our specialists will begin working with the credit bureaus toward removing the negative items from them.

Please understand that credit repair is a 6 month process depending on your situation. Approximately 60 days from the time you sign up you will receive a new, updated copy of your credit reports from the credit bureaus (Transunion, Equifax & Experian).

When you receive all three of your updated credit reports, just slip them into an envelope and mail them to us so we can continue to work for you toward repairing your credit. All you have to do is continue to send the updated copies of your reports as you receive them. If you have access to a fax machine you may also send your files to us via fax as well.

Many companies do not allow you to fax your reports, however, we believe in keeping the process as simple as possible for you. If it is more convenient, you may fax your updated reports to us as your receive them throughout your entire service, 24hrs a day.
